But when the bison head straight for Builder Cove's City Hall, the pups have to use all the power they have with their big construction vehicles to lift the entire building out of the way. Can they lift it high enough in time to save the day? // Lucas and Lily want to surprise their parents with a special anniversary dinner, complete with a fireworks show! Rubble and the pups use their big construction vehicles to build a new restaurant on top of the biggest building in town: the Builder Cove Community Tower! But when construction is done and dinnertime comes, brothers Speed Meister and Mega Meister have their own plan to get the best seat for the big show.
