Episode Synopsis:
It’s summer in Rockridge and the Phams are throwing out the old and bringing in the new with a yard sale! Ramesh and Camille struggle to adjust to living under the same roof again, especially when Ramesh accidentally loses the cookbook Camille received from her mother before her passing. This sends the father-daughter duo on a hunt across the neighbourhood, forcing the two to confront their issues head on. Meanwhile, Khia and Leo have opposite philosophies when it comes to deciding what to sell and Andrew finds himself in a pickle when he becomes the unwitting recipient of bribes from community members, and does whatever it takes to make it right...
