Synopsis:

When Nesh Pillay wakes up with no memory of her fiancé JJ Jakope, mistaking him for an Uber driver, their love faces an impossible challenge. JJ is thrust into the role of caretaker, while Nesh must decide if the spark still exists with a man she can't remember. Dubbed "The Real-Life 50 First Dates Couple," Nesh and JJ's story captures the world's heart and begs the question: can love survive when memories don't?

Episode Synopsis:
Still recovering from her catastrophic memory loss event, Nesh continues to struggle with her foggy brain, posing questions about her engagement to JJ. Meanwhile, a surprise development enters their lives, sparking one of their biggest relationship challenges yet. Family and friends are shocked as they learn the news, and worry about Nesh forgetting everyone again. JJ hurdles towards burnout while feeling homesick for his hometown in Austria, as Nesh grapples with guilt she's keeping him from a life of adventure. In the meantime, the results are in on Nesh's head scans, and she braces to find out what they revealed about her brain. As the wedding grows closer, the clock is ticking on preparations, and the world waits to find out if the couple will get their ultimate rom-com ending.
